Private Training

Cindy specializes in customized, one-on-one training designed to set both you and your pet up for success. Whether you’re introducing a new puppy into your home, struggling with unwanted behaviours, or looking for advanced obedience training, Cindy’s positive reinforcement approach will help your pet listen reliably—on and off-leash, in any environment.

Private In-Home Sessions

Initial Assessment & Planning Consultation

The first step to successful training is a comprehensive assessment, where Cindy evaluates your pet’s behaviour, determines your goals, and designs a customized plan.

 

$235 + GST (Required for all new clients with dogs over 5 months)

 

  • Virtual consult to review your intake form and set training goals.

  • In-person session at the training facility for hands-on evaluation.

  • No-charge access to exclusive online training materials.

  • $175 + GST for 1-hour session

  • $540 + GST for a package of 4 x 1-hour session

  • $1000 + GST for a package of 8 x 1-hour session

Training at Client Home*

​

  • $225 + GST for 90min session

  • $740 + GST for a package of 4 x 1-hour session

  • $1200 + GST for a package of 8 x 1-hour session

 

*Areas covered include the Town of Golden to Parson, BC, travel costs might apply outside of this area

Prepaid packages must be completed within six months of the start date.

Puppy Training:
Start on the Right Paw!

  • Build reliable manners and starter obedience.

  • Teach your puppy to walk nicely on leash.

  • Start building a reliable recall.

  • Help your puppy grow up into a friendly, go-anywhere dog.

 

$225 + GST for a 90-minute starter session in your home

 

$540 + GST for a package of 4 x 1-hour session

  • 2 sessions in your home

  • 2 sessions at the training facility

 

*Discount on weekly group puppy or teen classes comes with every puppy session booked.

Remote Consulting

Can't train in person? Remote training via video consultation is a great alternative. Cindy provides expert guidance for behaviour concerns such as separation anxiety, fear-based behaviours, and basic manners, all from the comfort of your home.

 

  • $180 + GST for the initial 90-minute assessment session

  • $160 + GST for a 60-minute session

  • $400 + GST for a Package of 4 x 60-minute session

Day Training

Short on time? Day Training allows Cindy to do the work for you. She will work directly with your pet while you're away, teaching essential skills, reinforcing positive behaviours, and ensuring real-world success. Once your pet has mastered key skills, Cindy will coach you on maintaining and reinforcing their new behaviours.

Day Training includes:

 

  • Training sessions in your home, neighbourhood, or local park.

  • Customized training plan to meet your pet’s needs.

  • Weekly progress reports, handouts, and follow-up support.

Private Agility/ Nosework/ Tricks Class

Looking for a fun way to keep you and your dog busy? Want to teach your dog fun things like SUPing or mushing?

  • Work around your own schedule

  • No matter your pups level or sociability they can still enjoy some fun brain work

  •  Choose one sport or sample them all fun things like SUPing, mushing or other fun sport

  • $65 per lesson 30-40min session

  • $275 for a package of 5 sessions

Pricing varies based on behavioural concerns. An initial assessment session is required to determine the best approach.

Exotic Animal Training

In addition to working with household pets, Cindy has experience training a variety of exotic species, including birds, horses, goats, and even grizzly bears. While exotic animal training is not the primary focus of her business, this service is available upon request. Cindy’s approach remains the same: ethical, positive reinforcement training that strengthens the trust and relationship between humans and animals.

 

If you need customized training for an exotic pet or unique species, Cindy can work with you to develop a personalized program based on your needs.

Waiver

I understand that every dog is unique and progresses at their own pace. While Cindy Peacock will use her expertise to assist in training my dog to the best of her ability, I acknowledge the importance of continuing training at home to maintain progress and prevent regression.

 

I recognize that even with the utmost care, training sessions may involve potential risks to myself, my family, my dog, and any guests who may attend. I accept that some dogs may be difficult to handle and could cause injury or harm.

 

By participating, I agree to waive and release Cindy Peacock, her agents, and employees from any liability for injuries or damages to myself, my dog, or others that may occur during training sessions. I take full responsibility for any risks or incidents that may arise.
