Puppies develop and solidify their impression of the world in their first 24 weeks of life; the ‘critical socialization window’. What they experience in this period determines how adaptable, calm and confident they’ll be as adults. This class will help you to socialize your puppy to people, dogs, sights and sounds in a safe and positive environment. Learn how to encourage appropriate behaviour and set boundaries. Learn the most important skills a dog needs, such as bite inhibition, recall, house training, appropriate dog-dog skills and more. Build a strong relationship with your puppy based on mutual trust and respect!

  • This is an open enrolment class so you can start as soon as your pup has their first set of shots. This allows your puppy to interact with pups of all ages.
  • Before class we set up a 30min video call to get you up to speed with the other students who may have already started.
  • This class is valid for puppies age 12-28 weeks with a minimum of 1 set of vaccines. (as per the AVSAB guidelines)

All training is reinforcement based. Registration prior to class time is required due to limited space in class. Proof of vaccination and payment required upon registration.  Puppy parents should bring at least a half cup of bite sized puppy treats to class.  Puppies must be on a harness or regular flat buckle collar with a 4 or 6 foot leash.  No choke collars, prong collars, or flexi leashes in the classroom please.

$200 for 6 week pass* or $40 per drop in (*pass is non-transferable and is good until your pup is of an appropriate age).
