Over several months, Cindy volunteered her time and worked with one of our foster dogs that had been in our system for over a year. Rain was viewed as a reactive dog – fearful of strangers and other dogs – and we wondered if she would ever find her forever home. Through Cindy's perseverance and training skills, Rain was able to not only find a wonderful forever home, but one with two other dogs to play with. She now goes to doggie daycare and the off leash park and is enjoying life to the fullest. The Animal Rescue Foundation (ARF) thanks Cindy for all of her time and effort and for the great outcome this created for a truly loving animal.
